Benefits Coordinator

The chosen candidate will provide support in benefits administration and general support for the human resources department.

The Flexco team is interested in you if:

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
• You have experience with Benefits including, Open Enrollment, Leave of Absences, addressing employee inquiries, and ensuring compliance.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate tactfully
• You have demonstrated history of taking initiative and are comfortable working independently with minimal direction
• Your time management skills and attention to detail are top notch and you're able to adhere to tight deadlines
• You are a professional who takes confidentiality seriously
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment
