AULT a company of Alta Equipment Group, is seeking a full-time Parts Manager for our Waterloo, QC branch. The main responsibilities of the position consist of, but are not limited to:
Responsabilities:
- Lead the CSR and warehouse team in maintaining a motivating work environment
- Forecast parts inventory
- Monitor current inventory levels
- Produce inventory reports (turnover sheets, customer purchases, etc.).
- Set prices and sales margins
- Approve supplier purchase orders
- Supervise warehouse operations (shipping/receiving team)
- Participate in special orders
- Troubleshoot customer machine problems and supply the right parts for the solution
- Recruit and train new staff
- Ensure customer service by providing prompt and professional assistance
- Check inventory SKUs and adjust if necessary
- Maintain communication with the after-sales service manager to reduce downtime for customers
- Maintain communication with the warranty department
Skills required :
- Bilingual English and French (mandatory)
- 3 to 5 years' experience in a related job/field
- ERP systems experience
- Experience in inventory management
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage several projects at the same time
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365
