The Executive Administrative Assistant at Kindeva Drug Delivery/Summit Biosciences is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the executive team and ensuring the efficient operation of the office. This is a full-time, individual contributor role based in Lexington, Kentucky.

Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements for executive team members.
- Answer and screen phone calls and emails, responding to inquiries or routing them to the appropriate person.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Maintain and organize filing systems, both physical and electronic.
- Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and conferences.
- Conduct research and gather information for projects and presentations.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in an executive administrative support role.
- Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain a professional and polished demeanor.
