Flexco, a leading global manufacturer, is seeking an Assembler to work Second Shift, 1:45 pm to 12:15 am, in our air-conditioned facility. The chosen candidate will be responsible for performing heavy, repetitive line, bench or floor assembly. 

HD Assembler - 2nd Shift 

Grand Rapids

2nd shift HD Assemblers at Flexco can expect a starting compensation of around $21.00, or more, depending on experience. 

What you will need:

• A high school diploma
• Prior assembly experience
• Experience using hand tools
• Experience working in a team based environment
• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints
• The ability to:
  • Lift 50-75 lbs. floor to waist
  • Stand all day
  • Push/ Pull maximum of 100 lbs. 100 ft.
  • Trunk Rotation 45 degrees from midline both directions
  • Reach less than 18 inches from midline both directions

What you will be doing:

• Assembling Heavy Duty products in a team setting 
• Adhering to quality and performance metrics
