Job Summary 

 

The primary function of the Director of Regional Clinical Operations is to guide program direction, monitor the management of the program resources, and oversee the coordination of service delivery, personnel administration designated regional outpatient clinics. This position is an independently licensed behavioral health professional who ensures the provision of quality and cost-effective integrated services. This position will work with community partners, business leaders and other programs to expand CBI’s programming and make CBI the agency of choice when referring patients partnering for contract expansion and develop programs. Director of Regional Clinical Operations plays an essential role in the delivery of CBI’s mission to Maintain the Dignity of Human Life. 

 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES 

This position has supervisory responsibilities of assigned program locations and clinicians.

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED  

  • Master’s Degree in counseling or social work required. 

  • 3-4 years of leadership and/or supervisory experience required. 

  • 5-7 years related progressive experience in behavioral healthcare; direct clinical experience in multiple settings and levels of care, including both mental health and substance abuse required. 

  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, CREDENTIALS, REGISTRATIONS  

  • Independently Licensed Professional with The Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as Psychologist, Social worker, Counselor, Marriage and family therapist or Substance Abuse Counselor 

  • Current AZ Driver’s License 

  • Clean 39-month Motor Vehicle Record  

  • AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card 

  • Valid identification
