Summary:


We are seeking a highly Full-Time organized and proactive Administrative Office Manager with strong Public Relations (PR) skills to oversee daily office operations and manage external communications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our office while also enhancing our company's public image through effective PR strategies. This dual-role position requires exceptional organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and experience in both administrative management and public relations.

Responsibilities:

Administrative Management

  • Oversee and manage all day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Supervise administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and company events.
  • Maintain office facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and well-functioning work environment.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration across the organization.
  • Manage scheduling and calendar management for executive staff as needed.

 

Public Relations

  • Develop and execute specific PR strategies for C360 to enhance and maintain the companys public image.
  • Draft and distribute press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials.
  • Coordinate and manage media events, press conferences, and interviews.
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage and public perception, providing reports and recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Manage and oversee the companys social media presence and online reputation.
  • Identify and leverage PR opportunities to promote company initiatives, products, and achievements.

 

Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in office management and administrative roles.
  • 2+ years of experience in public relations or corporate communications.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and PR tools (e.g., media monitoring software, press release distribution services).
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Experience in budget management and financial reporting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or Communications.
  • Experience working in [specific industry relevant to the company].
  • Established network of media contacts and industry influencers.
  • Knowledge of social media management and digital marketing strategies.
  • Certification in public relations (e.g., APR, CPRC).
  • Experience in event planning and coordination.

  • Work Hours: Full-time position; standard business hours with flexibility as needed for events and deadlines.
