Pastry Helper

We have an exciting opportunity for a Pastry Helper to join our DO & CO Family in our New York Unit.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting pastry production team, chefs, and cooks with Mixing Pastry products
• Work in different stations such as (Fruit cutting station, economy packing station, juice station, basket station, assembling and plating food etc.)
• Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook.
• Report problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team.

Qualifications:

• Proactive and self-organized.
• Ability to manage through a substantial workload.
• Capable to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Ability to complete assigned tasks within the given time in order to meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to accurately monitor wastage.
• Flexibility (different shifts - night, weekends, holidays)
