Bike Sales

Good Life Cyclery, a new bike shop coming to Lincoln, Nebraska is looking for a Bike Sales Associate. We are looking for someone who has experience in the cycling industry, a passion for the industry, and provides customers with optimal customer service.

Day-to-day tasks will include working with customers and evaluating their needs and assisting them in finding bikes and accessories that fit their needs. An ideal candidate would have good working knowledge of a variety of bikes, from racing bikes to vintage bikes.

Strong communication skills will be needed to assist customers to find the optimal solutions for their bike riding needs, as well as recommending enhancements to optimize the rider’s overall experience. Additional duties will include tracking, ordering, and stocking inventory.

The Bike Sales Associate will need to remain up to date on new products and industry trends. Full-time and part-time opportunities available. Assume other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Provide information about products, pricing, and availability
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet or exceed sales goals
- Upsell additional products or services to customers

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and sales records effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction
- Knowledge in Lightspeed helpful
