Hillcrest Health Services is currently seeking for our next Maintenance Director in the Omaha, NE area!

What are my responsibilities?

  • Develop, implement and manage all maintenance, housekeeping and laundry programs.
  • Recommend and manage the department payroll, budget expenditure plans and objective.
  • Maintain and ensure safe and proper operations of all mechanical equipment within the facility.
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with all codes and regulations, train and maintain accurate records to ensure a safe environment for all.
  • Plan, schedule and supervise routine cleaning for the entire facility.
  • Respond to any maintenance requests including the grounds.

What do I need to be considered?

  • STAR mentality (Selfless, Tough, Accountable, Respectful).
  • At least one year experience in an environmental services supervisory role.
  • At least one year experience with HVAC.
  • At least one year experience with Life Safety Code and maintenance procedures preferred.
  • HVAC certification preferred.
