Administrative Assistant

Innovate Physical Therapy is currently seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Bellevue, NE.

The Administrative Assistant enhances the lives of individuals by providing administrative, scheduling and office support to the outpatient center by handling customer calls and requests, completing admission and pre-admission paperwork, medical records, and assisting with staffing and supply coordination.

Pay: Starting at $16.00 per hour based upon experience and education.

What are my responsibilities?

• Prepares timecards and other files for accurate payroll.
• Medical record handling including insurance verification, faxing/scanning plans of care.
• Completes pre-admission and admission paperwork for any clients receiving therapy services.
• Greeting clients, answering phones, scheduling therapy sessions, and ensuring accurate information is communicated to visitors and callers.

What do I need to be considered?

• STAR mentality (Selfless, Tough, Accountable, Respectful).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year experience in business office functions.
• Knowledge of computer software including Microsoft Windows and MS Office.
