Telecommunications Representative

Job Overview: As a member of the Headquarters Routing Department the Telecommunications Representative is primarily responsible for performing outbound calls including sales follow-ups, COD’s, cores and broken promises. Additionally, responsible for territory calls, assisting with the chat portal and conducting facility tours.  We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal and communication skills, a highly collaborative mindset, an ability to work independently, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, rapidly changing atmosphere.

Schedule/Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5:15PM

• Effective communication - possess strong oral and written communication skills, clearly and accurately communicating complex and/or technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to work in both a team and independent environment
• Detail oriented - produce quality work, demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness
• Must be ok with completing repetitive processes
