Order Processing Supervisor

We are currently seeking a candidate with strong leadership skills to oversee our Order Processing department.

This position is full time, 40 hours, Monday - Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm.

This is a key leadership role and one that contributes greatly to the success of JK Findings and our customers.

This position is primarily responsible for:

• Employee training, coaching, development, engagement and performance.
• Timely and accurate picking, invoicing and shipping of orders.
• Resolving issues with orders as they come up.
• Effectively communicating with management, customer service, accounting and others as needed.

The ideal candidate must have:

• Proven leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good Math skills
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent organizational and planning skills

According to the New York Pay Transparency law, pay range for this job is $45,000-60,000/ year. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
