Purpose of Position

To be the point of contact for escalated items of assigned production client base.

Works with the Account Manager to plan and execute project details based off assigned action items

Strives to identify revenue cycle improvement points for a defined list of SSI clients

 

 

 

Duties and Responsibilities

Essential Functions

  • Reviews trends for assigned client base.
  • Maintains accurate documentation of the status of assigned accounts.
  • Provides assistance to Client Success Specialists.
  • Assists clients of other Client Success Specialists if requested.
  • Provides additional project support as needed.
  • Coordinates SSR completion with various internal/external sources.
  • Schedules re-training.
  • Acts as a positive role model in all aspects of professional performance.
  • Observes safety procedures and personnel policies.

  • Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time and move around the building and elsewhere occasionally.
  • Must be able to travel by automobile or airplane overnight occasionally.

  • Protect assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference;
  • Execute particular security processes or activities;
  • Ensure responsibility is assigned to the individual for actions taken; and
  • Report security events or potential events or other security risks to the InfoSec department.
