Purpose of Position
|
To execute test plans and test cases, reporting results, providing clear steps to reproduce issues including environmental and file level information.
|
|
|
Duties and Responsibilities
|
Essential Functions
|
- Performs manual and automated testing for various clients.
|
- Creates automated test scripts using Selenium.
|
- Possesses a strong working knowledge of C#.
|
- Executes testing accurately and reliably.
|
- Tracks tested issues in Microsoft TFS.
|
- Performed manual testing for user stories (Agile).
|
- Suggests software improvements/corrections.
|
- Coordinates with quality control team to meet goals.
|
- Navigates multiple testing environments.
|
- Creates SQL queries to setup test data and verify test results.
|
- Stays organized and maintain flexibility to work across multiple projects/assignments.
|
- Coordinates to meet delivery deadlines.
|
- Acts as a positive role model in all aspects of professional performance.
|
- Observes safety procedures and personnel policies.
|
|
|
Marginal Functions
|
- Assists client support teams with understanding of fixes/new features.
|
- Other duties as assigned.
|

- Must exhibit strong proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office.
|
- Must have knowledge of source/version control concepts, healthcare and/or financial software.
|
- Must be a rapid learner and have the ability to work independently.

- Must have knowledge of healthcare/electronic claims processing and automation.
|
- Must be able to interact cordially and productively with co-workers in a team environment.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
