Job Summary: 
Reviews and validates service orders for accuracy prior to posting to billing. May perform other administrative functions for the department. Daily contact with staff, agents, and other departments regarding service orders, port requests and reports. Some record keeping is required.

Job Responsibilities:
• Reviews and processes service order requests and related documentation through appropriate channels and systems.
• Reviews and verifies billing accuracy prior to posting orders for billing.
• Works with equipment files; adds and removes equipment on orders.
• Attaches any required facilities to service orders as necessary for field technicians to properly install service.
• Acts as interface between other departments, service technicians, field engineers and service vendors.
• Communicates with internal customers through various means of interactions.
• Coordinates and relays information concerning the scheduling of installation and repair activities.
• Use third party vendor(s) to request and assign phone numbers to service orders as necessary.
• Understands number management functions and is able to edit the status of phone numbers to add to service orders.
• Responsible for following, supporting and enforcing all internal control processes and procedures.
• Fills in for other positions in department, as necessary, and may be asked to perform support level functions within the department.
• Maintains, evaluates, and/or creates reports on an ongoing basis.
• Stewardship of the brand to include embodiment of the Shentel Way by ensuring appropriate use of the brand (name, logo, company, appearance, and attitude) within their respective team and organization.

Qualification Requirements:
Education:
• High School Diploma is required for the role . 

Experience Level: 
• 1 year of Customer Service or Call Center Environment experience is Required. 
• 1 year of Internet, Video, and Phone experience is Preferred.
