Spring Education Group, a premier provider of private school education, is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Vice President of Talent Acquisition for our Early Childhood Education (ECE) team. This pivotal role is designed for a strategic thinker with a strong background in talent acquisition leadership, ready to oversee and enhance all aspects of our talent acquisition operations. You will support a thriving and diverse workforce of educators, focusing on attracting and retaining top talent within our ECE division. RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talent for the Early Childhood Education (ECE) division.
    • Collaborate with executive leadership to align talent acquisition strategies with organizational goals and objectives.
    • Identify and implement innovative sourcing techniques and channels to reach a diverse pool of candidates.

 

  • Recruitment Process Management:
    • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and high-volume roles within the ECE division.

 

  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition professionals, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery across the organization.
    • Provide training and development opportunities for the talent acquisition team to enhance their skills and performance.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

 

  • Partnerships and Employer Branding:
    • Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, professional organizations, and industry associations to support talent acquisition efforts.
    • Develop and promote Spring Education Group's employer brand to attract top talent.
    • Represent the organization at job fairs, conferences, and other recruitment events.

 

  • Diversity and Inclusion:
    • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the talent acquisition process.
    • Develop strategies to ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce within the ECE division.
    • Monitor and report on diversity metrics and progress.

 

  • Data and Analytics:
    • Utilize data and analytics to drive talent acquisition decisions and strategies.
    • Develop and maintain recruitment metrics and dashboards to track the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts.
    • Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on talent acquisition performance.

 

  • Compliance:
    • Ensure all talent acquisition practices comply with legal requirements and company policies.
    • Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.
    • Conduct regular audits of recruitment processes and policies to identify areas for improvement.

 

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

 

  • Education: Master’s Degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience in a talent acquisition leadership position, leading a team of 15+ professionals.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
    • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
    • In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
