As a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) you will enrich the lives of our patients in comfort of their own home in Spokane County.  You will be able touch and improve the lives of patients and family members of patients every day. This position is On-Call.

As a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) you will;

• Review physician referrals and create a personalized speech therapy treatment plan that sets realistic and achievable goals for patients in a home setting
• Record and document patient condition, education, and physical progress
• Work with interdisciplinary team to develop plan of care
• Work independently in patient homes using your good judgement and critical thinking skills to best serve the patients
• Transportation to patient homes throughout Spokane County

Required qualifications: 

• Current Speech Pathologist License in good standing in Washington State
• Current CPR & First Aide certifications
• Transportation to patient home, current drivers license, vehicle insurance, and complete and follow Touchmark Driving Policy
