Job Summary:

The Manager of Faith Integration serves as a vital bridge between AbleLight and the communities we support. This role focuses on not only being the leader across all states but also having one state where they foster community relationships with congregations, faith-based organization, community-based organizations, and individuals to enhance the support of our Mission, Vision, Values. This occurs through faith integration, partnerships, volunteerism, and donations. They partner with the in-market advancement team members to engage closely with all churches, congregations, faith-based organizations, community stakeholders, operational leaders, to grow our Mission.

 

Essential Duties: 

  • Faith Community Engagement & Coordination – Develop and maintain long lasting mutually beneficial relationships with churches, faith-based organizations, individuals, and other faith communities to understand their needs and connect them with partnership, volunteer, and faith integration opportunities to advance our Vision, Mission, Values.
  • As a leader of individuals, ensures an environment where everyone can thrive by aligning the passions and talents of others to serve the people we support and actively developing others, empowering teams, promoting collaboration, removing barriers, achieving results, and showing recognition and appreciation to attract and retain diverse talent.
  • Community Education & Outreach – Plan and deliver programs and events to raise awareness about our Mission to advance our growth for those we support in residential, day programs, and employment services. The Faith Integration Liaison will also partner with in market advancement team members to implement these community education & outreach efforts as appropriate with prospective and existing corporate and individual donors.
  • Collaboration – Work with all community stakeholders and internal operational and corporate partners to integrate feedback and advance our Mission through strong and sustained relationships.

  • Establishes and maintains long term mutually beneficial relationships, strong collaboration skills, ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and inspiring way, high degree of ethics, strong ability to share impactful stories to make our Mission come to life, leverages systems and processes, and ability to work flexible hours

 

Minimum Job Qualifications:

  • Education: Coursework in theology, ethics, bioethics, or divinity essential, bachelor’s preferred.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in community outreach in the same of similar industry with multiple locations where they have built successful and sustained relationships. Prior pastor, chaplain, or sisterhood experience beneficial. Prior leadership experience required.
  • Travel/Flexibility: Consistently in the market and communities we serve.
