Position Summary:

The Office of Student Involvement and Leadership (OSIL) Programming Intern will be responsible for creating diverse campus programming and aiding professional staff with larger campus initiatives such as Black History Month Dinner, Red Lion Relay, and so on. They will also be responsible for providing Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Advocacy (DEIA) oriented community service and engagement projects for the student body.

 

Essential Job Functions:

The OSIL Programming Intern will be responsible for:

  1. Planning and execution of 4 original events per academic year minimum
  2. Providing / creating educational content surrounding DEIA topics for the student body
  3. Aiding pro staff in the planning and execution of campus wide initiatives and annual events (EAV, Black History Month Dinner, Red Lion Relay, and Orientation)
  4. Organizing community service engagement opportunities for the student body
  5. Aiding OSIL Pro staff as needed
