Position Summary:

The Student Center Desk Attendant is responsible for customer service related duties such as answering the information phone line, organization and distribution of office supplies, distribution of office keys, etc.

 

Essential Job Functions:

  1. Answer the Student Center Desk phone
  2. Dispense general information concerning all areas of the college
  3. Maintain the cleanliness of the desk
  4. Organize and distribute office supplies and equipment
  5. Assist with the maintenance and functions of the printers
  6. Enforce OSIL policies such as poster and table procedures
  7. Aid professional staff and OSIL interns with office initiatives
  8. Track distribution of office/space keys

The individual is routinely exposed to indoor conditions, minimum outdoor weather and temperature extremes, and moderate noise level.
