The Legal Administrative Assistant in the Litigation Department will assist attorneys with handling and processing litigation matters, including administrative and clerical needs relating to those matters. Hourly rate would be from 18.00$-22.00$ an hour based on experience.


  • Prints and prepares pleadings for attorney review
  • Finalizes pleading preparation for mailing or electronic filing
  • Updates client electronic systems, including but not limited to CLS and E-file, for all litigation matters
  • Organizes and maintains exhibits and attachments to pleadings
  • Maintains queues for court follow-up on legal matters
  • Assist with other duties and special projects as needed.


  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • At least two years of work experience in legal environment preferred
  • Commercial Legal Software, ECF, and PACER experience highly preferred
  • Litigation experience highly preferred
  • Ability to manage and prioritize large caseload
