PURPOSE:

The Foreclosure Processor will be responsible for the full review and draft process of all Foreclosure Assignments for the firms Florida portfolio. This position will be primarily responsible for reviewing and generating assignments as well as quality control of the data, overseeing execution from client, maintaining a follow up process for execution, in addition to getting all Assignments sent to record in a timely manner. This is a fully remote position. 

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review Title and Security Deeds to determine the correct chain of Assignments of Mortgage.
  • Correctly draft and provide Assignments of Mortgage to the client within set timelines
  • Maintain client systems with current information regarding the Assignment Process
  • Work proactively with other teams, both internal and client, to resolve any Assignment related issues
  • Update the Foreclosure status in the Firm’s case management system
  • Completing client system steps
  • Uploading documents for execution
  • Drafting of Summons
  • Assist with other duties and special projects as needed

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma.
  • Understanding of the Georgia Foreclosure process with previous Default industry experience
  • Chain of Title Review/Assignment review experience preferred
  • Experience with various client systems preferred (Lenstar, LPS, VendorScape, Real Resolution)
