Purpose

The Collector is responsible for all collections within the Firm.
 

Specific Duties, Activities and Responsibilities

  • Call volume ranges from 100 to 125 calls per day
  • Possess strong customer service skills, with ability to build relationships
  • Persuade and assist patients to pay their outstanding bill
  • Negotiate payments and terms of agreement
  • Adhere to policies, procedures, and laws pertaining to Medical Collections

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma required
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is required, must be well spoken in English
  • 2 + years of experience in collections
  • Experience in Medical Collections preferred
  • Experience in Medical and Legal Collections optimal

Location

  • This position will be fully remote 12pm-9pm
  • Must be able to train in office for 2 weeks
