SUMMARY 

Responsible for overseeing and discovering new marketing and sales enablement tools, integrations of new technology into the marketing and sales platforms, develop and oversee campaign planning and managing the day to day execution of all aspects of marketing campaigns. Establish, monitor and track KPIs; create executive reports; support the creation of new marketing campaigns; ensure campaigns are executed in a timely manner and within established budgets. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

•    Manages day-to-day operations of all marketing systems including marketing and lead flow automation, CRM,  data stewardship, third-party integrations, and documentation.

•    Audits data regularly to identify and troubleshoot issues in reporting, lead scoring etc.

•    Performs campaign development tasks, including creation of campaign canvases, emails, landing pages, sales tools templates, and web form templates.

•    Monitor and analyze email performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

•    Evaluates, recommends, and implements new marketing tools and platforms.

•    A/B testing of email campaigns to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.

•    Oversees contracts, renewals, payments, and invoicing with all applicable vendors.

•    Manages relationship and implementation of new automation platforms and tools.

•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper integration and data flow between different systems.

•   Collaborates with marketing managers to develop overarching audience segmentation strategies; builds prospect lists from multiple internal and external sources; and manages processes to ensure data quality and integrity.

•    Supports marketing and sales revenue goals by maintaining our lead management process, including lead lifecycle, lead scoring, and assigning leads.

•    Identifies, designs, and documents scalable processes that enable the marketing team to be more effective in their daily work and drive alignment within the department.

•    Standardizes and operationalizes all channel reporting.

•    Develops and maintains marketing dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.

•    Conducts in-depth analysis of marketing data to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize marketing efforts.

•    Generates regular reports and develop dashboards to track key marketing performance metrics, including campaign ROI, audience reach, and engagement metrics.

•    Complies with CRM, agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information).

•    Perform all duties in accordance with all company policies and procedures, and all federal, state and local laws, wherein the Company operates.

•    Performs other duties as assigned

 

QUALIFICATIONS 

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE 

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 

Two (2) or more years, hands-on experience with CRM and automation platforms (Salesforce, Pardot, Eloqua, Hubspot, or other similar platforms) 

Six (6) or more years, related work experience 

 

SKILLS 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

Excellent interpersonal, relationship building, negotiating and problem solving skills 

Excellent customer service skills 

Knowledge of the latest technologies in the marketing field 

Knowledge of lead and account scoring best-practices, including demographic, behavioral, and intent signals. Bonus points for AI experience. 

Strong understanding of Salesforce, Salesforce objects and lifecycle management. 

Knowledge of digital marketing best practices and emerging trends 

Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate effectively with peers and stakeholders across teams (Marketing, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations). 

Strong ability to motivate and develop staff 

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights 

Superior leadership skills with an ability to drive operational results 

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
