Job Summary:

 

The Senior Analyst, Market Development is a pivotal member of the team at ArchWell Health, supporting the coordination and management of high-profile multivariable projects including new center launches and market expansions. This role will work with various internal and external stakeholders ensuring alignment with construction timelines to achieve business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to adapt to dynamic project requirements. This hire will report directly to the Program Manager, Market Development.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Contributes to the planning and implementation of center launches setting project related deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and reporting progress to stakeholders
  • Monitors project scope and crucial paths, identifying potential barriers and escalating to Program Manager, Market Development to make schedule adjustments
  • Manages completion, submittal, tracking, and renewal of all applications associated with licensure/permits and other regulatory requirements
  • Assists with on-site clinic setup, transition tasks and turnover to market leadership
  • Provides post go-live support for market colleagues and other lines of business as necessary
  • Supports development of best-in-class launch toolkit, with a focus on process improvement YOY
  • Position may require the employee to travel 80% of the time

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors’ Degree (preferred), or equivalent experience
  • PMP certification preferred
  • 2-3 years assistant project management experience in healthcare preferred
  • Experience in consulting, managed care, and/or healthcare provider/payer settings (preferred)
