Park Place Motorcars Dallas is looking to add a service wheel repair technician to the team!

The service wheel repair technician’s primary goal is to repair bent or damaged wheels for internal and external clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Inspect wheels for visible cosmetic damage and/or bends
- Repair wheels with cosmetic damage using proper tools and technique
- Repair bent wheels using proper technique and equipment
- Refinish wheels using proper refinishing materials
- Proper use and application of torque wrenches, tire machines, wheel balance machines, jacks, and jack stands
- Must have the knowledge to reset tire pressure monitoring system after tire pressures are adjusted
- Quality check wheels
- Communicates effectively with ASM
- Provides information for wheel warranty claim
- Maintain strict adherence to dealership policy on client vehicle care and operation
- Assure that every complete job, whether pre-delivery or customer pay meets dealership standards 100% of the time
- Regularly inspect cars for damage and/body work and report any damage to management
- Know and understand the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process, and utilize the program to achieve client satisfaction
- Know and understand the Park Place Privacy and Information Security Policy, and adhere to its requirements
- Attend weekly department meetings when applicable
