PURPOSE OF POSITION

The purpose of the Title Specialist is to ensure an extraordinary client experience while creating
client advocates, and process titles and registrations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may
be assigned. Verifies data, completes state forms, makes disbursement for taxes and fees, and submits to the
state
Processes new car & Pre Owned registrations on RTS software system
Processes pre-owned vehicle title transfers
Prepares and distributes registration and license plate envelopes
Maintains follow-up on all incoming titles
Maintains and reconciles schedules for tax, title and license payable and lien payoffs
Identifies internal control issues by reviewing existing policies, verifying changes in authorized
personnel, and communicating issues to the Assistant Controller
Knows and understands Privacy and Information Securities Policy and adhere to
its requirements
Attends weekly department meetings
