Stevinson Lexus of Frederick & Hyundai are looking to add an Office Manager to their growing team.
Previous dealership clerical experience required.
Compensation: $55k-$68k annually based on experience
Work Hours: Full Time work schedule.

SUMMARY
Assists the Business Manager in processing and generating financial data which represents the accurate financial condition of the business. Is responsible for helping oversee accounting office and administrative functions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Helps hire, train and supervise office personnel.
- Prepares daily bank deposit.
- Billing car deals
- Processes daily credit card deposits.
- Reconciles select accounts monthly.
- Backs up the business manager in providing a timely daily operating control (DOC).
- Backs up the business manager in maintain an effective cash management system.
- Assists in controlling petty cash for the dealership.
- Ensures compliance with government regulations as it relates to taxes & titling vehicles.
- Processes all vehicle wholesales. Signs over titles for all wholesalers who have paid in full.
- Prepares a monthly report for management and corporate of any funds not collected from wholesalers due to missing or incomplete titles.
- Backs up title desk. Cross-trains others to handle title clerk responsibilities.
- Payroll duties as assigned.
- Updates and maintains shared trip log.
- Updates and maintains office schedule.
- Updates and maintains PPM and century warranty schedule.
- Prepares reports at month-end to assist business manager with processing financial statement.
- Prepares month and YTD financial statement comparison for business manager, GM and corporate office.
- Prepares statistical data reports for business manager to complete month-end.
- Cross-trains a qualified substitute.
- Maintains a professional appearance.
- Attends managers meetings as requested.
- Scan deals into digital deal jacket as needed.
- Update deal notes in F&I as needed.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Skills and Requirements
- At least five years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- English language required, (Bilingual a plus)
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers, managers and coworkers.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Comfortable using office equipment such as phone, computer, calculator, printer, fax
- Notary public helpful
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug.)
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
