- Past experience and proven record of success in the
A. Exceptional CSI scoresB. Used Car experience. Acquisitions, recon progress, success in street purchases, service drive acquisitions and inventory turn.A successful history in online and lot merchandizing. A successful pricing strategy that yields results. An above average working knowledge of V-auto and custom description writing.C. F&I experience - proven record in the last 7-10 years as a F&I director or F&I producer. Ability to understand credit, how to get deals approved and funded timely. Strong knowledge in deal structure and how to maximize a deal by knowledge of bank programs and assisting with inventory selection. Under 10-day average in deal funding and 2-3 day turn on deal flow being turned in and posted in accounting.D. New Manager or New car director experience. Understanding and proven success in managing new car inventory. This includes new car ordering and proper selection of units based on what is being sold in your store and in the marketing. Active plan and strategy on being a top performing in your market.E. A strong history of development of people. References are a plus.F. Proactive involvement and active engagement in handling leads in the CRM and active involvement in showroom guest to aid in the deal being closed.

A. Be able to lead an effective daily save-a-deal meeting and review KPI's and discuss a game plan that will achieve the daily, weekly and monthly targets.B. Able to identify areas of opportunities based on the KPI's, daily actions of your team and market trends. Must be able to effectively develop a plan for success and executeC. Hold daily sales training with a well-thought-out agenda.D. Actively engage in outbound calls, email and text message to generate appointments to the store. You will personally be responsibility for outbound follow up in the following. (Internet leads, phone ups, service exchange leads, unsold showroom visits and sold guests (both new and used) You will also be required to ensure your sales team and managers are actively engaging in follow-up daily.E. Daily involvement in F&I to ensure deal flow and CITs are being handled timely. Also, one on one with underperforming F&I managers to help them improve.D. Every day ensure the lot and showroom are properly stickered, parked and clean.F. Managing the recon process and ensuring the following are moving according to the process. Photos, service repair, detail and PDR work.G Ensure your team is always caught up on New and CPO RDR's
- This position is also an active desk manager's role. You will also be involved in daily desking and T. O’s as required of the rest of the management team.
- Experience is the following brands is a plus but not required. BMW, Audi, Subaru, Volkswagen, Mercedes, Toyota, Mazda and Hyundai.
