What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with Brokers/Consultants: You will work closely with brokers and consultants, leveraging your vast experience to drive results.
• SME: You will be the face of one of our brands. Candidates and brokers will look to you as the expert as you handle all questions within the industry.
• Manage the Development Process: From the first call to contract signing, you will handle the entire development process, ensuring a seamless experience for our franchisees.
• Travel: Be ready to hit the road! You will travel 1-2 times monthly to engage with potential franchisees and attend industry events.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: You must have extensive experience working hand in hand with brokers and consultants.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success with closing over 14 deals annually.
• Comprehensive Management: Ability to manage the development process from initial contact to contract signing.
• Willingness to Travel: Must be open to traveling 1-2 times a month.
