Primary Responsibilities

• Working with business analysts and stakeholders to understand the requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Designing, developing, testing, and debugging custom applications and integrations using ServiceNow APIs, scripting languages, and web services
• Creating and configuring workflows, forms, UI actions, business rules, reports, dashboards, and other ServiceNow components
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to performance, security, and functionality of the ServiceNow platform and applications
• Documenting and maintaining the code and configuration standards and best practices
• Providing technical support and guidance to end-users and other developers

Desired Skills and Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions
• Certified in ServiceNow System Administrator and/or ServiceNow Application Developer
• Experience with TSM, CSM, and SPM
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, and other web technologies
• Familiar with RESTful and SOAP web services, and integration tools
• Experience in using ServiceNow Studio and other tools to develop and deploy code
