We cross the entire spectrum of business, government, health care, education and entertainment and we are currently seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. 

The Inside Support Specialist’s role was designed to focus on three components in the Sales Division of AVI Systems, Inc.  Build relationships, take on tasks that will allow outside sales representatives maximum field time, and to capitalize on programs designed to increase profit margins.

What You Will be Doing:

  • Support the sales effort and assist with the development of sales plan, customer visits, sales presentations, request for bid proposals, and coordinate customer events
  • Learn AVI Systems business practices, products and services and develop effective sales skills in order to excel as a member of our successful sales team
  • Establish strong trust relationships with assigned sales representatives.  Meet weekly to review upcoming opportunities and sales.
  • Develop a strong mutual appreciation for our key vendors.  Support them with marketing events and information distribution.

Professional Skills and Knowledge Requirements

  • Energetic, self-starter with an established skill set in solution and relationship sales
  • Excellent networking, presentation and communications skills
  • Excellent computer skills, including a strong familiarity with the Microsoft Platform, for creating proposals
  • Understanding of technology trends and solutions.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, creative environment
