Primary Role and Responsibilities

· Responsible for managing a Small Format Route in the West Territory

· Responsible for increasing volume, distribution and limiting drops-per stop

· Responsible for maintaining product freshness standards in assigned accounts by monitoring and rotating inventories in a timely manner

· Manage and communicate account level activity (retailer or competitive) while also managing all inventory levels within account

· Work with retailer management to sell in new product, displays, price features and promotional activities

· Accountable for entering and maintaining all required information necessary to perform pre-sell duties into the sales units

· Build strong relationships with retailers through education and all other areas of account level support

· Responsible for managing Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Viva Engage and all other Ben E Keith communication platforms

Qualifications for Applicants

· Must have at least 1 year of Ben E. Keith Sales or Merchandiser experience

· Motivated with the ability to excel independently while having an entrepreneurial vision to sales

· Firm understanding of basic trade math as it pertains to pricing, discount structures and profitability

· Advanced skills selling in new products, displays and understanding quantity discount drops and margins

· Ability to perform at a high level under demanding circumstances

· Fundamental knowledge of both the AB & BEK specialty portfolios and Non-Alc portfolios

· Ability to interact on a professional level l with retailers & consumers

· Excellent customer service and communication skills

· Ability to multitask and utilize good time-management skills
