LPN -Assisted Living

Meadow Ridge is currently hiring for the LPNs in Assisted Living. We have Full-Time, Part-Time and Per Diem position in all shifts available.
The LPN - Assisted Living will be responsible for the overall nursing care/service on his/her shift, including the accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments per regulatory guidelines for chronic and stable care, documentation and emergency calls, as indicated. Supervises certified nursing assistants/home health aides and manages the care provided to residents during scheduled shift

Other details
Job Requirements:
- Licensed as LPN in Connecticut
- CPR Certification
- A minimum of six (6) months nursing experience in home health care setting preferred.
