Rehabilitation Services Manager (051324.7) FULL TIME

Rehabilitation Services Manager opportunity in beautiful Hamilton, Montana!!

Bitterroot Health is seeking candidates to fill a Rehabilitation Services Manager position. Reporting to the Rehab Director, the Rehab Manager is responsible for leading the development and supervision of the day-to-day operations of the Hamilton rehabilitation facility.  Responsibilities will include working alongside the rehab director to develop and manage staff, manage daily operations of the facility, determine appropriate budgeting, and identify/develop/enhance business and professional relationships within the community. 

Minimum Qualifications:

• Licensures, Certifications, Registrations:  College degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology.
• Job Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:    Must possess strong personnel management and communication skills. Ability to motivate and influence the clinical teams to achieve consistently high quality of work and an excellent customer service environment.
•  Experience: Three or more years of experience as a team leader/supervisor in Rehabilitation Services or two years of experience in Rehabilitation Services along with three years of team leader/supervisory experience in a non-Rehabilitation area preferred.

Schedule:  Full-time, 40 hours/week
