Director of Patient Financial Services opportunity in beautiful Hamilton, Montana!!
 

Bitterroot Health is seeking candidates to fill a Director position in our Patient Financial Services department. The Director of Patient Financial Services utilizes a systems approach in planning, creating strategies, improving processes, and developing programs that address revenue cycle functions, which includes accounts receivable management, billing, collections, customer service, cash services, vendor management, provider enrollment, and compliance for the health care system’s critical access hospital, rural health care clinics, and hospital-based services.  The director develops, implements, coordinates, and monitors the hospital’s accounts receivable functions to ensure key performance indicators meet or exceed best practice standards. The Director works collaboratively with the revenue cycle team and key stakeholders in the organization. In this role, the leader sets the tone and models positive leadership behavior, while ensuring successful completion of department and division projects and responsibilities in support of the organizational goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education/Experience:  Bachelor’s degree in related field, minimum of three years’ experience in healthcare, or combination of education and experience required.  Management experience preferred.

Schedule:   Full-time, 40 hrs/wk
