Project Controller/Financial Analyst

TekPro Support Services, LLC is hiring for a Project Controller/Financial Analyst. The Project Controller/Financial Analyst supports project accounting and procedures for their command station.

Responsibilities

• The Federal Contract Specialist/Pricing Analyst will work closely with our Business Development team throughout the proposal process, from planning to labor rate calculations, cost spreadsheets, and post-award contract administration
• Analyze proposed prices, forecast trends, and estimate service costs
• Evaluate subcontractor bids and perform cost analysis
• Develop pre-negotiation positions and support contract pricing negotiations
• Support the Financial department with reports, budgets, and ROI analysis
• Prepare and present pricing analysis findings to program managers and senior leadership
• Compile proposal package documentation for presentation to executive managers
• Identify contracting issues
• Stay informed on pricing analysis methods and industry trends
• Comply with all Agency policies and procedures and follow contract specifications
• Assure a high level of quality in performance of all work
• Perform other corporate assigned duties

Qualifications

• To succeed in this role, you will need at least 2 years of experience in federal government contracting and experience building labor-related pricing proposals
• Bachelor's degree in finance or 5+ years' experience in government contracting and financial analysis
• 1+ years' experience in using Deltek Financial System
• 2+ years in professional services managing federal government contracts
• 2+ years' experience in building FFP, CPFF and T&M-related pricing proposals
• Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot tables and formulas
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong decision-making skills
• LOCATION: Remote within San Antonio, TX or DMV area
