Eagle Health Analytics (EHA), LLC is working with CDC’s National Center for Emerging and Zoonotic Infectious Diseases to provide an on-site administrative support services for the following:

TASK B: 4.8 Administrative Services Support and General Operations Administrative Support Services– NCEZID/OD requires technical, program and management expertise to accomplish program and service requirements. Development, enhancement and operation of various program operations support services, including administrative support, are needed to maintain ongoing operations and maintain accountability and transparency. NCEZID/OD requires support in developing and implementing the following functional areas: 

4.8.1 Manage telephone call and take messages. 
4.8.2 Manage/prepare correspondence. 
4.8.3 Ensure office activities are compliant with management policies and procedures. 
4.8.4 Manage travel requirements; prepare travel orders and vouchers. 
4.8.5 Manage time and attendance. 
4.8.6 Manage outlook calendar scheduling. 
4.8.7 Assists with development of presentations and briefing documents. 
4.8.8 Updates records and automated data files and databases. 
4.8.9 Updates, revises, calculates and retrieves information to meet office needs. 
4.8.10 Manage databases. 
4.8.11 Organizes and maintains current subject matter files. Maintains files in accordance with applicable schedules and regulations; exercises initiative in establishing or revising files to meet current needs and demands for the materials. 
4.8.12 Receive and screen telephone calls and visitors. 
4.8.13 Assists in the preparation of reports, drafts, and finals of memos, letters, presentations, and other communications/documentation as requested. 
4.8.14 Prepare and process distribution documents. 
4.8.15 Manage mail and supplies delivered. 
4.8.16 Assists project coordinator with directing the overall operation of projects. 
4.8.17 Support coordination of in-service training. 
4.8.18 Design and assist with the gathering, tabulating, and interpreting of data for entry and tracking of projects. 
4.8.19 Provide support and maintenance of program evaluations and assist Project Coordinator in submitting reports/documentation to executive or governing divisions. 
4.8.20 Receive program reviews, processes, and prioritizes actions for accuracy as well as support training initiatives outlined by the coordinator. 
4.8.21 Maintain calendars in Outlook for the Management Official, Deputy Management Official and the OD office Associate Directors. 
4.8.22 Provide project information, monitoring expenditures, and submitting requests. 
4.8.23 Track activities; develop and maintains systems to provide documentation on special projects and studies. 
4.8.24 Manage travel requirements and provide travel support for the OD Office. 
4.8.25 Act as liaison between other Center staff to ensure that tasks requested are completed on time. 
4.8.26 Maintain Document review system, Documentum. 
4.8.27 Review and/or coordinate the OD and offices U-TAMS. 
4.8.28 Assist Property Manager. 
4.8.29 Assist the Administrative Officer with the preparation and submission of contracts, IAAs, and cooperative agreements. 
4.8.30 Manage office space. 
4.8.31 Prepare training orders with supporting documentation. 
4.8.32 Schedule appointments and meetings; remind managers. 
4.8.33 Notify attendees, prepares and distributes meeting handouts, and arranges for the availability of other meeting support personnel or materials if required. 
4.8.34 Arrange conference calls, set up bridge-lines, coordinate with staff and send reminders 
4.8.35 Review and edit written material for approval, ensuring accuracy of grammatical content and proper formatting. 
4.8.36 Proof, format and distribute correspondence, both incoming and outgoing. 
4.8.37 Prepare final form documents such as memoranda, letters, reports, articles, manuscripts, tabular and statistical material, using a variety of software. 
4.8.38 Submit supply orders to the Purchasing group. 
4.9.39 Establish and maintain information systems needed to track activities; develop and maintains systems to provide documentation on special projects and studies. 
4.9.40 Process Travel requests and vouchers for the OD & Offices and the CDC Liaison Assigned to the FDA).

REQUIREMENTS:  This task will be performed at CDC’s Roybal Campus (1600 Clifton Road, Atlanta), with potential for tele-work up to three (3) days per week.  Expertise with MicroSoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and calendar management is preferred.
