Content and F&B Marketing Manager

Salary Range: $85-100k

Job Description

 

WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH:

  • Social Media Management:
    • Develop and execute engaging social media strategies for Hyatt, Hilton, and Marriott properties.
    • Create, post, and manage content across various social media platforms to enhance online presence and drive customer engagement.
    • Monitor social media trends, respond to customer inquiries, and manage online reputation in collaboration with hotel properties.
  • Content Creation and Management:
    • Partner with the sales team to develop compelling content that supports sales initiatives and drives revenue.
    • Produce marketing materials, promotional content, and newsletters for hotel properties, coordinating with designers, photographers, and other creative professionals.
  • Food and Beverage Marketing:
    • Oversee all marketing efforts for food and beverage outlets at Hyatt, Hilton, and Marriott properties.
    • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote restaurant, bar, and catering services.
    • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to optimize marketing strategies.
    • Collaborate with F&B teams to create enticing menus, promotions, and special events.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record in social media management and content creation.
  • Strong understanding of food and beverage marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and marketing tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and hotel properties.

GREAT IF YOU HAVE:

  • Knowledge of Hyatt, Hilton, and Marriott brand standards.
  • Experience working in a multi-brand hospitality environment.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing trends and tools.
  • Background in graphic design or multimedia content creation.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting to inform marketing strategies.
