Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Banquet Captain to join our team. As a Banquet Captain, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of banquet events, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction. If you have a passion for hospitality and strong leadership skills, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:
- Coordinate and oversee all banquet events, including setup, execution, and breakdown
- Train and supervise banquet staff, ensuring they deliver exceptional service
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food service
- Assist in menu planning and event coordination
- Manage event timelines and ensure all activities run smoothly
- Address any guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain inventory of banquet supplies and equipment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Banquet Captain or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Micros POS preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
