PURPOSE:
This role is a full life cycle recruiting position, reporting to the Talent & Development Manager. The qualified candidate will partner with HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, and Leaders to identify, source, qualify, and interview both exempt and non-exempt candidates. This role is responsible for attracting candidates and progressing them through Calumet’s applicant tracking system through the on-boarding stage. Responsibilities include in-depth talent sourcing on multiple recruiting platforms. The chosen candidate will have the ability to both develop and maintain a talent pipeline by proactively attracting, recruiting, and selecting candidates, and establishing and building relationships with outside sources (e.g., universities, associations, search firms, etc.)

KEY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•    Perform full life cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt positions including screening of candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, preparing, extending, and negotiating offers
•    Actively recruit candidates using relevant candidate value proposition
•    Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to assess and define talent acquisition needs and job requirements to ensure that job postings and searches are targeted to attract highly qualified candidates
•    Develop ongoing, proactive candidate relationships to build pipelines and recruit passive candidates
•    Evaluate candidates to determine their competencies and qualification and provide feedback to hiring managers on the skill and cultural fit of candidates
•    Conceptualize and apply efficient and effective recruitment strategies including passive techniques, social networking, data mining, cold calling, job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, etc.
•    Serve as a constant point of contact for candidates as they go through the candidate process through effective communication to ensure a positive candidate experience
•    Responsible for data management and integrity in the applicant tracking system and other HR systems, and compliance of federal employment laws and internal policies and procedures
•    Understand business and market conditions to maintain talent pipelines at appropriate levels to accommodate anticipated demand in line with corporate growth and business initiatives as well as stay in contact with potential candidates who have experience that aligns with future need
•    Attend local and national career fairs and professional events, as well as on-campus recruiting
•    Partner with stakeholders to build a strong candidate value proposition and candidate experience  
•    Make recommendations and drive continuous improvement in talent acquisition programs
•    Manage mobility program including vendor relationship, spend monitoring, and candidate experience
•    Perform other duties, as required


REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCES:
•    Bachelor's Degree (preference for Human Resources)
•    Minimum 3 years' experience recruiting both exempt and non-exempt roles
•    Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (Ceridian Dayforce Preferred but not required)
•    Proficiency in use of MS office suite (Excel, Word, PPT) internet searches and social media (LinkedIn)
•    Experience recruiting on multiple search platforms
