Data Coordinator

About the Role:

This Data Coordinator role is focused on supporting the customer base working with data providers, ensuring timely and accurate processing of their data. This position researches and investigates complex database and reporting problems to determine cause and provide prompt and effective resolutions. Data Coordinators respond to incoming requests from customers, sales associates, and internal departments.

This is a hybrid position based out of Columbus, OH.  The majority of work will be done remotely with occasional in-office days as needed.              

What You’ll Do:

• Track data files, providing support with testing, statistic reports, and researching and resolving data reporting issues. 
• Educate customers on best practices for data reporting.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Energetic self-starter with great organizational skills who can work independently but also function in a team.
• PC skills. Knowledge of windows-based applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook.

What Can Set You Apart:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field

• Previous banking/finance experience
