Job Summary
 

The Manager of Building and Site Services directly manages the Site Managers and Building Services Technicians. The Manager of Building and Site Services is responsible for oversight and management of their assigned sites and delivers a financially viable cost-effective facility operation that supports the critical business needs of the agency. This position will work closely with other Department Managers and Director of Facilities Services to ensure that desired outcomes are met and that data is reported from each facility on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.  This position reports to the Director of Facilities Services.

 

This position helps to ensure the facility is maintained in accordance to various rules and regulations including but not limited to:

 

  • OSHA - Occupation Safety and Health Administration
  • ADOSH - Arizona Division of Occupational Safety and Health
  • AAC - The American with Disabilities Act (ADA), Arizona Administrative Code
  • ADHS/OBHL - Arizona Department of Health Services/Department of Behavioral Health Licensure
  • CARF - Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities
  • CBI - Community Bridges (CBI) Policies and Procedures  

 

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

 

  • Requires over 4 years of experience in administrative and/or facilities management field
  • Requires at least 2 years of management experience
  • Requires knowledge of a specific vocational, administrative or technical nature which may be obtained with 6-12 months of advanced study or training past the high school equivalency
  • Data management including proficiency in excel and other reporting programming.
  • Ability to pass criminal background check
