D365 Developer

The D365 Developer will be chiefly responsible for enhancing our business processes and ensuring our systems meet the evolving needs of our organization. 

Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the D365 platform.
• Lead the development and customization of D365 features, including configuration, workflows, forms, reports, and integrations.
• Design and implement scalable and efficient D365 solutions that align with business objectives and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the smooth integration of D365 with other systems and applications.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of D365 solutions to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the D365 ecosystem and recommend innovative solutions to drive business growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development.
• Strong expertise in configuring and customizing D365 features, including workflows, forms, and reports.
• Experience as a F&O developer
• Proficient in development using X++, C#, .NET, and JavaScript.
• Experience in designing and implementing integrations with third-party systems.
• In-depth knowledge of D365 data structures, security models, and development methodologies.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure and cloud-based technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead a development team.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications, such as MB-300 and MB-500, are highly desirable.
