Product Launch Coordinator

The Product Launch Coordinator is responsible for the collection, maintenance, and distribution of critical product data, specifications, and materials throughout a product’s life cycle.

Responsibilities: 

• Accurately Systematize product data and product specifications during PD lifecycle
• Collect and validate item master data
• Facilitate tracking and coordination of handoff between PD and Engineering/Production
• Support creation of product specification sheets
• Support item master set up during launch
• Maintenance and tracking of PD sample SKUs
• Distribution of certain critical product documentation, assets, and samples across internal and external teams
• Strong analytical background-Strong with numbers

Requirement:

• Background and familiarity with product development
• Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables with limited standardization
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry
• Ability to apply fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
• Ability to work independently and with a sense of urgency with the ability to prioritize projects and handle multiple tasks while managing time effectively to meet deadlines
• Highly organized
• A keen eye for detail and focus on producing quality results
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications
