The Product Development Coordinator is responsible for performing administrative aspects of the Product Development (PD) process from concept to production.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate coordination of certain PD activities between various entities at various stages of PD cycle
  • Process various documents and details related to PD activities
  • Gather, input, and maintain certain product data throughout the PD cycle
  • Maintain multiple lines of communication between various internal and external teams
  • Create and maintain presentations supporting various activities
  • Track certain PD activities and update teams
  • Analytical skill set

 

Requirements: 

  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; including oral and written communication, customer service, and teamwork
  • Capable of planning and organizing priorities using sound judgment, professionalism, and malleability to meet evolving deadlines and deliverables
  • Previous experience supporting a team in a creative environment desirable but not required
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Access
  • Proactive and motivated with a keen eye for detail and focus on producing quality results
