The Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for Visual Comfort.  This position will focus on recruiting, sourcing, interviewing and hiring field, trade and operations roles.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Main goal is to identify, assess, and bring top talent to Visual Comfort.

 

  • Responsible for high volume recruiting for operations warehouse in Greer, SC and technical trade/field positions throughout the US.

 

  • Partnering with leadership and hiring managers to identify and build out staffing needs and strategies.

 

  • Create and maintain strong working relationships with senior management and hiring managers, to create a partnership which yields success, predictable results, and credibility.

 

  • Possess a solid understanding of the complete recruiting function, including: research, sourcing, networking, behavior based interviewing and closing.

 

  • Effective communication with candidates and hiring managers.

 

  • Maintain flexibility to deal with shifting priorities and the evolving needs of our rapidly expanding business environment.

 

  • Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience with high-performing company
  • Proven track record of building rapport with hiring managers and cross-functional partners, across regions and teams
  • Experience with high volume staffing in operations/warehouse environment
  • Possess well-developed network of candidates and/or the skills to build the network quickly and comprehensively
  • Inform company’s strategic direction through understanding of the talent market (e.g., where to find particular skills, salary expectations of those with similar skills, etc.)
  • Help drive recruiting initiatives, including diversity and inclusion
  • Proactive independent with the ability to take initiative.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment

 

Compensation Range: $65,000 - $75,000 plus annual bonus opportunity
