Position Summary:

 

The Salesforce administrator is responsible for configuring, customizing, and enhancing the functionality and user experience of Salesforce platform.  Also, provide technical support, training, and guidance to end-users and stakeholders.

 

This is a Remote/Work from Home position reporting to Corporate IT and Infrastructure Manager.

 

What you will do

  • Serve as Internal SME for Salesforce
  • Meet with stakeholders to identify needs and implement them as appropriate
  • Creating and managing user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions
  • Designing and implementing workflows, processes, validation rules, and automation tools
  • Developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and analytics
  • Installing and configuring third-party applications and integrations
  • Perform Backup and Restore when needed
  • Testing and deploying system updates and enhancements
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting system issues and errors
  • Documenting and enforcing best practices and standards
  • Providing end-user training and support
  • Act as a liaison between IT and Business teams.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: 

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related IT discipline or equivalent industry experience
  • Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years’ experience working with Salesforce
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with stakeholders and software development personnel.
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies used to drive organizational change.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, self-directed and able to handle multiple priorities with demanding timeframes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a high-quality results-driven, team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to use discretion, make sound decisions, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficient in MS Office, modern communication tools for virtual teams (i.e., MS Teams)

 

Physical Demands:  

Employees may experience the following physical demands for extended periods of time:

  • Sitting, standing, and walking (95-100%)
  • Keyboarding (40-60%)
  • Viewing computer monitor, tablet and cell phone screen requiring close vision (95-100%)

100% Remote:  Work environment is at home.

 

Compensation
