Position Summary: 

ClearCaptionsis looking for aLifecycle (Email) Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. You’reinnately curious, a self-starter, responsive and proactive.You’rewilling to experiment, innovate and scale new and existing LifecycleMarketing Strategies with the goal of driving deeper engagement and conversion for both B2C and B2B audiences.   

  

The Lifecyle Marketing Specialist will drivesignificantimpact by developing new lifecycle marketing frameworks.  In this role, you will flex technical, analytical, and creativeemail channelabilities through the entire customer lifecyclefrom lead nurture, through adoption, and engagement. You will establishemail marketing automation best practices, manage email marketing campaigns in Pardot, Salesforce andMarketing Cloud, create new email campaigns, build A/B testing plans and drive campaign optimization.  

 

This is a Remote/Work from Home position reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing. 

  

What you will do: 

 

Grow Email Marketing:  

  • Build email campaigns and workflows from the ground up, create and manage contact lists, perform email A/B testing, measure and report on email campaign performance
  • Execute email build and campaigns, discovering opportunities to rinse and repeat, then automating nurture flows to achieve growth goals 
  • Track and publish user flows and customer journeys using Lucid chart
  • Troubleshoot unexpected dips in email performance indicators, testing hypotheses for the why behind the metrics and taking actions to solve 
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Product, and CX to build a cohesive email ecosystem across the entire organization
  • Improve A/B test emails across the organization by monitoring and improving deliverability, open, and click-through rates
  • Adhere to best practices in email communications as they relate to data privacy
  • Ensure Pardot, Marketing Cloud, SugarCRM is clean, accurate, and compliant with all security requirements 
  • Work with colleagues across the entire organization to ensure that emails express the consistency of brand and tone of voice  

 

Salesforce, Pardot and Marketing Cloud Expertise: 

  • Create, maintain, and optimize email campaigns in Salesforce, Pardot, Marketing Cloud and SugarCRM
  • Help lead our platform migration from Pardot to Marketing Cloud for marketing specific emails campaigns
  • Support marketing and cross-functional teams with urgency to troubleshoot questions related to data accuracy and delivery as they arise
  • Provide guidance to build, QA and scale personalized journeys to maximize conversion and engagement  

  

Data Management and Automation: 

  • Own email marketing functions inside Salesforce CRM, including salesforce integrations with Pardot and Marketing Cloud, data cleanup, reporting, and other technical areas
  • Monitor email database health and accuracy, volume, and integrations, performing regular data cleansing procedures alongside IT partners  

  

Analytics and Reporting: 

  • Monitor and analyze email campaign performance KPIs assessing effectiveness and identify areas of opportunity to A/B test 
  • Be responsible for developing, sharing performance results and recommended actions to both senior leadership and business stakeholders throughout the organization

Qualifications:  

  • BA degree in marketing or equivalent preferred
  • 3-4years of experience in an Email/Lifecycle marketing role that includes building and executing email campaigns 
  • 3+years in Marketing Automation, with in-depth knowledge in Salesforce, Marketing Cloud and Pardot 
  • Certified user in Pardot, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud preferred 
  • Experience with SugarCRM/Market preferred
  • Familiarity with developing email assets (email HTML/CSS)
  • Experienced developing user flows in Lucid chart
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to succinctly communicate complex issues
  • Ability to effectively prioritize workload and manage changes in direction

Compensation
