Coke Florida is searching for a Digital Guide to work out of our Tampa HQ area office, working first shift Mon-Fri from 8:30AM-5PM

Coke Florida seeks to add a role to its Technology Operations team by employing a dynamic customer service focus professional as a Digital Guide. The Digital Guide will support the hands-on technology support experience and help create digital content across a wide array of platforms in order to educate and advance the technology proficiency and utilization across the enterprise. 

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide insightful and friendly technology advice and hands on support to a large group of Coke Florida senior leaders and associates.
  • Approach technology issues with a solution oriented focus and “can-do” attitude in order to diagnose and provide solutions to issues on the spot as well as provide long term technology solution strategies.
    • Solution Scope includes PC break fix, Windows desktop troubleshooting, AV setup and meeting facilitation for senior executives, mobile device troubleshooting, resource onboarding and off-boarding.
  • Create knowledge articles and content to educate and advance digital technology usage across the enterprise using a wide array of media platforms including knowledge articles, streams, video, and AI.
  • When applicable, help train or educate associates on new technology or new ways to use features of existing technology applications and services offered by Coke Florida.

 

For you this role you will need:

  • Highschool Diploma required
  • Entry level with 0-1 years of customer service experience
  • Impeccable people skills and a knack for problem solving
  • Awareness or interest with the following technologies:
    • Audio Visual equipment within the office settings
    • Web Conferencing setup and monitoring
    • Mobile device support (Android and iOS)
    • Microsoft Applications
    • Active Directory
  • Ability to work within a diverse environment
  • Ability to maintain composure and customer focus while troubleshooting and resolving IT problems and servicing requests.
  • Passion for technology and customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
